Infrastructure Libya addresses Libya's immediate priorities in terms of technological requirements for the renewal and development of the country’s vital infrastructure which has been neglected in recent years and which further suffered during the conflict. Libya is calling on the international export community to bring much needed expertise and technology to the market across a broad range of sectors, not least building and construction, public works and municipal engineering, power and electricity, transport and communications, water and environment and safety and security.

Against a background of major investment in the petroleum sector, Oil and Gas Libya offers international exporters significant opportunities as the country looks to overseas joint venture partners to provide not only capital investment but also the transfer of technology, services and equipment. Libya is calling on the international export community to bring much needed expertise and technology to revitalise its energy sector in the following areas; exploration, production, pipelines, refining and petrochemicals, HSE and training.
